Sheila Raye Charles celebrates her 2012 Birthday Hip-Hop style at the Mansion with Rick Ross, Meek Mill, 2CHAINZ, Busta Rhymes, & Roscoe Dash in Atlanta, Georgia after the BET Awards. Ms.  Sheila Raye Charles  was the ONLY female celeb in the building and the only Holy Roller Celeb there.  There were many Hip Hop artist' that want to collaborate on some R&Praise with Ms. Charles which lends to the fact that Sheila Ray dose effect the Gospel no matter where she goes. She and her husband  Michael Steptoe  had a wonderful time dancing to the Happy Birthday song and enjoying each other and their family. This morning she was back on tour by 10 am.  We Just don't know how she does it.
