Marvin Gaye’s family has just come off a win in the fight against Robin Thicke and Pharell Williams’ song “Blurred Lines.” They were awarded $7 million because of the similarities between “Blurred Lines” and Gaye’s hit “Got to Give It Up.” But when asked about similarities others have pointed out between Pharell’s hit song ‘Happy’ and ‘Ain’t That Peculiar’, a Marvin Gaye classic, the family just  isn’t thinking about   going down that legal road again.
