in many of her compilations however, it's only one
of many. While you'll hear plenty of solid blues in
her music— notice in particular the rocking,
 barrelhouse big-band blues of

"Playin with My Friends"; a song her father,
the Blues King himself made famous.

Claudette King's voice is clear and solid,
with a pleasant fuzz around the edges,
