The ANYTHING BUT MONDAY girls are a hit music group from Europe.  They are also the first women in the world to own their own beer company - MIROSA BEER.  They are now in the process of launching their Mirosa Beer in the United States and desire to expand into the state of Florida.  They would like to have their product in Florida by spring in order to capitalize on the spring-break crowd.  They are selling private pre-IPO shares in their beer company in order to raise capital to buy extra inventory and for marketing.  

MIROSA Beer is a premium imported beer brand strategically priced between Heineken and Corona, and has already been approved in major grocery store chains such as PUBLIX and KROGERS.  Even people who think they could never like a beer brand love MIROSA Beer.  In fact, the brand is achieving widespread and diverse market appeal.  Best of all, the ANYTHING BUT MONDAY girls have an amazing entrepreneurial spirit and a superb marketing plan to drive their beer brand!!!!   

Shares in the MIROSA BEER COMPANY are being sold in blocks of 25 so as to make them affordable to everyone. 

The company is privately operated and ultimately aspires to go public.  The girls would prefer to have a large group of shareholders who will be loyal to their brand, as opposed to a big venture capital firm or hedge fund coming in and buying up everything in one swoop.  Stock certificates will be printed up and waiting for you at the shareholder event - or for those who purchase a ticket in order to receive stock, we will mail your certificates.

The first shareholder meeting / party will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at our corporate offices in Midtown Atlantic Station - Atlanta, Georgia!!!!
