An open letter to Team FaceBook and founder, Mark Zuckerberg

Dear Team Facebook, on May 19th, 2016 you suspended our official VERIFIED page and blocked us from posting photos, videos, and shared content without a single warning.  Just CLICK and it was a wrap. Only after the fact, did you send us emails letting us know that you have done the deed and leave no recourse and offer us an explanation that, "someone has lodged a complaint against our page." REALLY?

 Over the last TWO weeks, we have tried feverishly to reach you via email, page links and via phone to your office in California with absolutely no luck.

Well team FB, and you too Mark, how we can not make every single person of the millions of folks that visit our page on a daily basis happy"  For unhappy followers they have the choice to #1: Don't visit us, #2 UNLIKE us and #3 Contact us if there is a concern. Your message cited legal terms about "intellectual properties: that Facebook stands behind yet, you allow absolutely NO due process of law or fair play by allowing us, the people that spend thousands of dollars boosting post's, placing ad's and paid promo's with your [Facebook] company, a rebuttal or explanation even if it has to be in writing. 

In a world where people are willing to board a commercial airline carrying a bomb, knowing that their lives will end that day along with hundreds of innocent people, what makes you think that a person or company can make an accusation against someone and we NOT be allowed so much as a rebuttal before you take extreme action? They only give one side of the story.  It takes 2 sides and the truth. 

Every Facebooker has seen pages that are filled with Porn, Hate and racial bias yet, you allow them to remain and THRIVE.  Our page only touts Entertainment, Public figures and ART in various forms. No Nonsensical foolishness,  PORN, HATE or Bias of any kind!

 
This past Thursday, you completely took down our page, again without a five-second warning. Never mind that it would affect our company and that of other companies, celebrities, and other public figures that employ our services' and depend on our power-house fan base to get their works out. 

As an international Publicist firm, we are proud of the numbers we tout on an on-going basis. We can safely say that we are the only Publicist group in the country that has attained these numbers (over 265K+ LIKES) organically. Our fan reach is worldwide. We did not pay for our number of LIKES as some companies do, we earned them every day. And although you own Instagram, we fuel our forces via Facebook for business.  



 The new millennium brings about people that no longer speak to one another, can only be contacted via chat or messenger and yes, even Facebook as NO viable source of communication, however, we, as communications specialists' believe in being able to rely on fairness of contact-ability, however the more things change, the more things stay the same.  
You gave one-half of a party the chance to "fill out a form" and have their say and you gave us a chance to sign a pre-filled form which did not allow us to upload or write you, agree to your terms, sign and click. 

 This did not give us the same right as the accusing party. Please consider streamlining your practices as a company and as a social outlet for business's.

We want a fair hearing, a rebuttal, a chance to show you our contracts with the accusing parties mega companies and that there are no infringements on our part. 

 We want fairness and Due process under the law. We want our QUARTER OF A MILLION FANS+ (265 thousand+) LIKES back!

 We want to talk to you!
